Do you supply businesses or individuals?

We specialise in the supply of uniforms & workwear to businesses and care companies such as care home groups, the domiciliary and home care market as well the educational sector, (for example schools colleges, and Universities). If you are ordering for your own business or care company please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us to see how we can help you. For individuals and retail customers, we are unable to supply small one-off orders to individual retail customers (as we supply to care companies and the business sector only).

How do I set up an account?

It is super easy to set up your account either call us directly on 0117 32 52 199 or click our Contact Us form to send us a quick message, and we can call you right back at a convenient time.

Do you have a minimum order size?

As we supply care companies & the business sector, we have an absolute minimum order size of 12 embroidered garments or 6 plain garments (i.e. non-embroidered) garments – For sample garment orders, we are able to send out single garments or run off a single embroidered garment for your assessment & final approval please click on contact us now to find out more about our “Free sample service”.

What's the best way to place my order?

We are happy to accept your initial order either by either emailing sales@misteruniform.co.uk or you can phone us directly on 0117 32 52 199. Our expert friendly Service Support Team will key your order into our quotations system and email this through for your approval. For all future ongoing orders, we can create a bespoke online account for your organisation, this will help you more quickly place your orders through our website. We will even create a 'Favourites' list within your account to make it super easy to find your garments & place your orders, as well as providing you with a 'Hints & Tips' guide for placing your first order & navigating our website. Our friendly Web Onboarding Team will guide you through this so you are up and running & placing online orders quickly!

Can you embroider or print my logo on to your garments?

Yes, we offer both embroidery and print decoration to our range of garments. Our expert team will offer you guidance on whether embroidery or print is best for the garments you have selected. To find out more visit our embroidery page page for more details.

How much does it cost to set up my logo?

We offer free logo set up to all our customers. We also offer free digital mock ups, so you can visually see how your logo will look on your selected garments. A digital mock up is where we will mock up your care company or business logo digitally onto images of the garments you are interested in. You can then assess digitally how your logo will look on the garment before deciding to proceed. Our robust "logo approval process" puts you in control of the finished article, and we will only embroider your garments when you have seen both a visual and/or an actual embroidered sample garment. Can I see a sample of my embroidered logo?

As part of our approval process, we will embroider your logo onto a swatch of fabric, which is then posted out to you for your approval. This service is completely free of charge. To find out more visit our embroidery page for more details.

Is it possible to see samples of your garments before deciding to buy?

Absolutely! We would always recommend seeing samples of our garments before deciding to buy from us, as it gives you the opportunity to see the quality and feel of the garments.

Do you offer recycled/sustainable fabric garments?

Yes, we have a very wide & fast-growing range of recycled and sustainable fabric garments, which includes scrub tops, polo shirts, and jackets. Many of our clients want to do their bit for the environment or if you are submitting a tender for business to a local or national government body you can more easily tick the box to show what you are doing to source more sustainable products, services, and garments! Using environmentally sustainable garments will help you increase the chances of your business or organisation winning the tender!

Do you offer lightweight garments for warmer weather?

Yes, we have an extensive range of super lightweight fabric garments, which includes tunics, scrubs, wicking polo shirts, and fleeces. Many of these garments are made from super comfortable stretch or lightweight fabrics that are up to 33% lighter than standard weight fabrics!

Do you offer a sizing service (i.e., for new uniform roll-out projects)?

It is imperative that your new garments fit your staff like a glove. Happy staff will stay with your company longer and work harder. Our "Free Sizing & Sample Service" will help ensure your new garments will fit your staff perfectly every time. We can provide sizing sets and garments rails and will provide step by step assistance with any sizing or roll-out exercise.

Do you offer a wide range of sizes to fit all of my staff?

Our female healthcare garments start at a dress size 4 to dress size 38. Our male healthcare garments range from a size 28" chest right up to a 54" chest. Our workwear garments which include polo shirts, fleeces, and jackets, offer sizing from an XXS to 8XL. (30" chest up to a 76" chest).

How well stocked are your garments?

We offer and use brands which have excellent stock levels. We also hold a large volume of stock in our own dedicated warehouse near Bristol to help ensure excellent continuity of orders for our customers. By holding our own stocks, we are able to offer a client’s peace of mind when it comes to stock availability.

Do I have to pay for my order up front?

Depending on the size of the order, we may offer instant 30-day credit terms or ask for a part or full payment/part payment up front on your first order. Like any relationship, our credit terms are based on trust. After the first order subject to credit checks and mutual agreement we are usually happy to provide credit terms of 30 days on an invoicing basis. Going forwards providing you continue to pay within your 30-day credit terms, we can often then review and increase your credit limit amount to suit your individual needs.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

For plain garment orders which are in stock, your order will arrive next day if placed before 3 pm. Otherwise, please allow for 2-3 working days. For embroidered/printed garment orders, please allow 5-10 working days. For more information, please see our Delivery page.
