Delivery costs

We offer FREE mainland UK delivery on all orders over £150 (excluding VAT). For smaller orders under £150 (excluding VAT) the carriage charge is is £7.95 + VAT.

Delivery times

- For plain garments (i.e. no embroidered logo) that are in stock, your order will dispatched within 1-2 days (if ordered before 3pm). 
- For customised garments (i.e. with your printed or embroidered logo), please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

- "Fast Track" delivery for embroidered orders is available so please ask one our helpful team for further details.

Tracking your order

For peace of mind, all orders are sent via a tracked delivery service using our courier Parcelforce. If requested, we are able to send you a link to track your order live on the day. You will also receive an email notification (and text notification if you have previously provided us with your mobile number) to give a 2hr delivery window.


Returning your parcel

Once you have contacted us, one of our friendly team members will be very happy to talk you through our returns process.

How long do I have to return my order to Mister Uniform?
Please return any unwanted items back to us within 14 working days of receiving your order. We will not accept the return after this time has passed. 

(Please call/email us before you return any items so that we can talk you through the returns process).

Returning item(s) that are not correct 
Please keep your order in its original packaging. We will happily arrange a free collection with our courier Parcelforce.

Free of charge collection - You will qualify for free collection for any faulty or damaged garments.

Unwanted garments - or customer has changed their mind (plain non embroidered garments only) 

For any unwanted garments we kindly request that the customer returns these garments at their own cost in their original unbroken packaging.

(Please note if the garment has been washed or worn we will not be able to accept the return).

Once we have received, checked and validated your returned order, our accounts department  will raise a credit note that will be emailed to you.

Your refund will aim to be processed in approximately 14 working days of our receipt of your returns.
